Troubleshooting Eclipse Stainless Faucets

Partial of complete loss of pressure in Spray Head – remove spray head and check pressure without head. If pressure good without spray head, remove back check valve and replace head without back check valve. Faucet will work without back check valve.  If removing back check valve does not fix the issue, you need a new head.

Lost pressure on hot or cold water ONLY – it could be a blocked cartridge or a block water line. If you lose pressure only in the hot water line, you may be getting debris from you water heater in the line. Replacing cartridge may not fix the issue.

Water drips out of spray mode when faucet is on flow mode. -before ordering part try removing back check valve as shown in this video before ordering head a new head. You can also soak overnight in white vinegar to remove built up minerals. If removing back check valve does not fix issue you need to replace the spray head.

Plastic insert falls out of Spray head or insert is damaged – Order new head. Insert is not replaceable.

Damaged insert in Spray head or spraying sideways – Order new spray head.

Leak in hose – replace hose as shown in this video. If before installed in 2014 need neck insert and key which are sold separately.  

Leak at base of faucet or from inside body and dripping under countertop. Replace cartridge.
